Pro ticketsLink to this section
Acknowledged means a person has read your ticket and replied. It does not mean the problem is fixed within 24 hours. The 24 hours count from when the ticket opens, weekends included.
Tickets arrive with your subscription status already attached, so you do not need to prove you have Pro.
What to includeLink to this section
A report with these gets an answer in the first reply instead of three questions:
- the script or plugin and its version, for example
fwd-garages v0.1.0 - on FiveM, your framework and its version
- your server version: the FiveM artifact, or your Minecraft server software and version
- what you expected, and what happened instead
- the console output, pasted as text rather than a screenshot
- the steps that make it happen again
